Beyond software: hardware you'll need
Software is not bundled with hardware. When deploying, choose RFID handhelds and tags by asset scale — a common stack is AUTOID UTouch UHF handheld + UHF RFID tags (standard labels for general assets, anti-metal labels for metal enclosures, or special options on request) + TSC TTP-244 Pro label printer, no more than CNY 4,000 one-time hardware cost (quoted by selection).

Why does AssetaGuard publish prices when other vendors don't?
The industry standard is quote-based: prices change with customization and negotiation, so vendors avoid listing them. AssetaGuard is a standard product with transparent pricing: price is set by asset scale, not negotiation. That lowers buying-decision cost and makes prices comparable.
What's included? Are there hidden fees?
All three plans include unlimited users, identical features, and the AI assistant. Prices cover software only — hardware and implementation are quoted separately by selection. There are no fees beyond the subscription / license.
