Count asset records and material SKU types, then check the workflows you need. Entry retains RFID inventory, internal borrowing, routine repairs and material warehousing. Start with Standard for AI, equipment inspection, precise asset slots or external rental operations. Customer integrations and custom development require on-prem deployment and a separate implementation scope.

The two lower tiers share asset-record and material-SKU-type quotas, not stock units: 300 assets + 200 SKU types fill Entry. Professional and Flagship count assets and SKU types independently. Software prices exclude hardware, customer servers and third-party service fees. The first-year offer has the same entitlements; online payment and automatic renewal remain disabled.

Beyond software: hardware you'll need

Software is sold separately from hardware. Choose AUTOID UTouch UHF handhelds and RFID tags by asset scale. Label-printing options include the TSC TTP-244 Pro desktop thermal / thermal-transfer printer and the Gprinter GP-M322 portable Bluetooth direct-thermal printer. The GP-M322 setup requires a Windows driver, local Print Agent and matching software versions, and uses ordinary thermal labels. Choose RFID tags separately for the asset material. Hardware is quoted by exact model, quantity, media and functions; verify connectivity and output with the actual printer and labels.

What do the cloud plans cost after the first-year discount?

All four cloud plans are 50% off for the first year of the first purchase: Entry CNY 279, Standard CNY 479, Professional CNY 979 and Flagship CNY 1479. Renewals are CNY 558 / 958 / 1958 / 2958 per year, respectively; eligibility is manually verified. On-Premise remains CNY 9999 one-time. The discount keeps the same plan features and quotas. Online payment and automatic renewal remain disabled.

Does the shared quota count stock units?

No. Materials count by SKU type, not stock quantity. One SKU across warehouses or batches, including 10,000 units, is one type. Entry shares 500 and Standard shares 1,000 across assets and SKU types. Professional allows 3,000 of each independently; Flagship allows 5,000 of each. These are not 6,000 or 10,000 asset records.

Which plan includes AI and what does Entry retain?

AI, equipment inspection, precise asset slots and external rentals start with Standard at CNY 958/year; Professional and Flagship also include them. Entry retains RFID inventory, internal borrowing, routine repairs, basic locations and material warehousing. Permissions and runtime settings still apply. Full features refer to current released standard workflows, excluding retired archives, jewelry and future features.

Can SaaS integrate with ERP or enterprise agents?

All SaaS paid tiers and Trial exclude customer external REST / MCP interfaces and customer-specific development. Internal Web and mobile interfaces continue normally. On-Prem at CNY 9999 one-time supports authorized interfaces and custom work; implementation, development, schedule and acceptance are agreed and quoted separately.

What does the perpetual on-prem license include?

CNY 9999 provides perpetual use of the delivered version, 1 customer server, 1 production instance, 1 remote deployment, 1 administrator training and 6 months standard warranty after acceptance. Servers, source code, hardware and third-party model/service fees are excluded. Optional support is CNY 1500/year. The current version remains usable without support; a major upgrade without support costs CNY 2500, with special changes separately agreed.

What about hardware and the total budget?

Choose a software tier above. Hardware is quoted separately; record exact terminal models and quantities, tag specifications and counts, printer functions and quotation date; one reference stack is not a universal cost ceiling. The CNY 13999 bundle and CNY 499 device-trial deposit are unchanged. Verify device models and on-site fit before budgeting.

Can I try before paying?

Yes. The separate 14-day SaaS trial retains 100 assets, up to 5 accounts and existing abuse-prevention quotas, including standard AI evaluation. It excludes customer external interfaces. The device trial is a separate deposit-based loan, not a CNY 499 handheld purchase.
